Coaching Recruitment Change Management

Shirley is qualified through the Oxford school of Coaching and Mentoring as an Advanced Coach/Mentor, and the CIPD.

Personal one-to-one coaching assignments have been provided to resolve problems and overcome issues or for development purposes...often this is combined with 'personality profiling' which helps to pinpoint areas on which to focus.

Examples of achievements:-

  • Helped a manager to work for a new boss/adapt culture.
  • A newly promoted supervisor was able to relocate and follow their own development plan.
  • Identified why a recruitment consultant was not meeting their targets, and plan for doing this.
  • Helped a self-employed person to identify which specialist areas to focus on which would give commercial gain and give personal satisfaction.
  • Changed the attitude of a hard-line manager, so that he adapted to the company culture in his 'own style', thereby 'adding value'.

Coaching is included as part of a redundancy outplacement assignment.
